Bees Company ships worldwide via a range of couriers, offering premium and standard services to meet all of our customers' needs.
We are committed to ensuring timely delivery of your order and will always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, subject to product availability and credit verification. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may sometimes be slightly longer than expected, especially during holiday periods.

We hope you are happy with your purchase from BEES. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, we are here to help.
1) Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please check all items carefully upon receipt of delivery before removing any attached labels and disposing of any original packaging. Our garments come with a return label attached in a prominent location. If this is removed from your item, you will no longer be eligible to return it.
2) Please note that outbound shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
3) Once we receive your return, please allow us up to 10 business days to process it. Your refund. It will be processed when our team approves your return.
4) All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all tags, linings and packaging and showing any other return labels to receive a refund.
5) All jewelry must be returned unmarked and unscratched in original non-damage packaging and inside a protective shipping box.
6) We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear or does not meet our return criteria.
7) If you have any problems with your order upon arrival, please email us immediately at info@beescompany.it so that we can help you resolve the situation as soon as possible.
You can send your return independently using any service you want. In this situation, customers are responsible for the return shipping.
All returns must be sent to the address indicated on the packing slip.

Please mark all customs documents as "RETURNED GOODS", as any returns we receive with unpaid duties, customs or taxes will be rejected.
We recommend sending all returns via a tracked and insured service. If something goes wrong during transportation, you will be covered by your chosen carrier.
*Please be aware that we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

1) Pack your items in their original packaging, making sure the box is securely closed.
2) We recommend using a safe corrugated box, if you don't have your original packaging. other containers (envelopes, boxes, etc.) can also be used, but we will not be responsible for any damage to the garment during transport.
3) Please ensure all returned items are sent back in their original packaging with all tags and tags attached.
4) Place the label on top of the box, ready for collection or to be left at the nearest collection point.
We do not make size or model changes for purchased items. If you would like another size or model, we recommend that you place a new order as soon as possible before any return, as we cannot guarantee that the desired item will still be available in stock.
Please note that we are unable to reserve or guarantee stock in advance.

If you have opted for a voucher or gift card, you have 12 months to use it from the date of issue. You don't have to use either option in one go, but you have to use it within 12 months.
To apply your credit, simply use the code provided
If you do not use your gift card within 12 months please contact us at info@beescompany.it and one of our team will advise you further.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

HANDMADE ITEMS
We would like to point out that hand-MADE items can be returned EX: VINTAGE JEANS JACKET, unless we have specific customizations.
