• Returns and Exchanges

    Follow the procedures below to correctly make your return or exchange.

  • You can return any purchase by independently sending the item or items to be returned to the address:

    We will issue the refund to the payment method associated with the purchase as soon as the goods arrive at the location.

    Alternatively, you can book a home collection by filling out the following form, at a cost of €15 , which will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Processing times for returns and subsequent refunds can take up to 10 working days ; or up to 30 in case of refund on IBAN for cash on delivery .

    • Fill out the form so that we can process your return as best as possible.


    • ATTENTION:

      The CHANGE will be managed exclusively with the issuing of the voucher to be spent on the site, then with crediting the amount spent and re-purchase.

      In case of exchange, collection costs by our couriers are totally FREE.

      For orders placed during BLACK FRIDAY/CYBERMONDAY the same purchase price will be guaranteed via a discount code that will be communicated after completing the form.

      NB : The availability of the items may vary.

      ATTENTION:

      Products discounted as "Special Price" or with discount codes applied exceeding 30% of the original price can only be refunded via a voucher that can be spent on the site.
